Richard Freer
Richard has lived and worked in 9 countries, across 4 continents. From computer software to construction, from film to finance, from journalism to online marketing. He had his first restaurant at 21 and Exec-produced his last movie just the other year. He launched the world’s largest telecoms company into the entertainment industry and an online casino onto mobile.
With published works including a book on meditation and a seminal report on Computerisation in the Construction Industry, he wrote for a property magazine for 7 years, following stints for UK and US television. He recently chaired a series of Roundtables on Fire Safety and Risk Management in the Housing Sector. This work continues with further Roundtables and the authoring of industry guidance.
He believes diversity of experience enables looking at things from different perspectives, fostering creativity and innovation.
The only bad experience being one that is not learnt-from.

Patricia Baronowski-Schneider
As a multi-award winning international Public Relations specialist, Patricia Baronowski-Schneider has guided many global funds through the investment labyrinth. Carving out a niche in investor relations, Patricia’s status within the financial and investment community has always been on a steep upwards trajectory. It is a trajectory her clients invariably follow. Her personal contact list stretches, comfortably, into the hundreds-of-thousands; ensuring an audience as targeted as it is receptive.
Establishing a boutique agency, Pristine Advisers, to maximize her reach, Patricia’s status as a Media Maven offers IceFire clients and scholarship students a unique insight into the rarified world of elite global media. Being discerning and selective, Patricia does not ‘do’ mediocrity.

Pervez Hasan
Pervez has designed and managed hundreds of web sites, ranging from start-up one-pagers to multi-tier, multi-national monoliths. With a specialism in Data Management, finely tuned functionality has become his byword.
Despite this depth of experience, Pervez retains the raw passion that sees him stretch the medium and experiment. Whether as an early proponent of parallax scrolling or as leader at the vanguard of ‘next generation’, he has the confidence to attempt the original and the know-how to make it work.
Teaching the ‘Young Pretenders’ of the future, through the IceFire initiative, Pervez passes his skills back down the line, secure in the knowledge that he is helping to shape the next decades of his trade.

Roxani Giannou
As an artist who has exhibited across Europe, Roxani brings an added frisson to traditional faux 3-dimensional graphics. Inhabiting that world sometimes glimpsed out of the corner of your eye, only to disappear as your head turns towards it, Roxani can connect with her viewer on a subliminal plain.
With years of experience at the V & A and Tate Modern, Roxani has also taught Fine Art and has a specialism in Art as Therapy. Her unique perspective has seen her expand her focus further into Counseling, with pro bono work amongst refugees and troubled children being her most notable.
It is this latter, first-hand experience, which has made her input into the IceFire initiative particularly valuable.
